All our treats are carefully made by using human-grade ingredients.  Due to the nature of these goods, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns. 

 

Please contact Hi Paw Treats at info@hipawtreats.com within 7 days of delivery to notify damaged or defective goods.  All good(s) must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
